Nikki Riesel entered the field of therapy through a genuine curiosity about people and a deep desire to help others live fuller, healthier and more connected lives.
She believes that therapy is most effective when it combines professional knowledge with authentic human connection. Her warm and approachable nature allows clients to feel comfortable, understood and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Nikki draws from a range of therapeutic approaches and specialised training to tailor treatment to each client's individual needs.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: people deserve to feel seen, understood and supported as they move toward meaningful change.
